Our M.A. in North American Studies is a two-year research-oriented program. Its curriculum reflects the transdisciplinary approach we take to North American studies. Courses are taught in various formats and include field trips as well as collaborative seminars that bring together faculty from literary and cultural studies, political science, and economics. North American Studies are also an integral part of the B.A. in English Studies and the teaching degrees (B.Ed. and M.Ed.) offered by the Department of English, American, and Celtic Studies at the University of Bonn.
